Shipping Update as of June, 2020: Due to COVID-19 and events occurring throughout the United States, many carriers have limited transportation, which is causing an increase in shipping delays.

Don't worry If your tracking number is not active. It can take up to 7 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number. Rest assured that you will receive the item that you've ordered.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING can take 15 to 40 BUSINESS days depending on your delivery address.

IMPORTANT: Always double check your mailbox, packages can be small and do not always need to be dropped off at your front door. Make sure to ask your family members or roommates that you live with to see if they picked up your package. If you have a front desk be sure to check in with the desk attendant.

The items ordered will ship as they become available. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
